same filling station. It is situated in a wooden hut near a theatre. I cannot remember the name of the theatre. Stall was a gambling stall of dice and pai kaau. I go to that stall every day and collected about $400 per day. The proprietor was Chu Po Chuen. There were 2 stalls in Shaukiwan receiving off course bets on greyhounds where I collected money. This was near the tram terminus. One stall is situated in the Sun Sun Restaurant and the other is inside the Nam Lung Restaurant. I go to these places once a week. I collected a little over $200 per week from stall inside Nam Lung Restaurant and about the same amount from the stall inside Sun Sun Restaurant. I went to another stall in

Marble Road. The stall is an opium divan. I think it was managed by Lee Po. I go there every day and I received a little over $200 per day. I also went to an opium divan in Tong Shui Road. This divan was in fact moved from divan in Marble Road - the same place I talked about earlier. There is another opium divan managed by a person called Ah Hoi. I cannot remember the address. I go there every day and I collected a little over $200 per day. I visited all these stalls in one day with the exception of off course greyhound stalls which I visited once a week. I have told all the stalls I visited every day and also the greyhound stalls I visited every week. There is another establishment in North Point Road, an opium divan. Lee Po was the

manager. I go there every day and collected about $300 daily. I don't know the reason why these stalls paid me money. When I first went to these places someone led me there. Chan Cheong led me there.

For about 10 months in North Point I continued to do this work. Sometimes I would sleep in Hung Fook Building and sometimes I go home. Lam Yu Fan would be staying overnight in most cases but when I was sleeping there Ah Lam would not be staying overnight. I slept there overnight to look after the premises or listen to any information which might arrive. I seldom go to the stalls otherwise than to collect money from them. I went there to gamble. I sometimes received information when I stayed in the premises. I received information by telephone. We usually call the person who gave information "Chan Sir".

I have seen him occasionally but I can't quite recognize him. Mr. Chan is a police

officer. When we receive information we usually would inform the stalls.
