I am Chief Inspector of Police at present Personnel Section
I have access to files of former serving
of Police Headquarters.
members of Police Force. I have records of Detective Station Sergeant Chiu Tak. I prepared a statement for I.C.A.C. I do not remember what I said in statement. (Permission to refer to statement)
Chiu Tak joined Police Force on 5/1/50. He joined as a constable and he went to CID as a constable on 1/3/52.
