r. Hampton: highly probable no evidence will be called on behalf of 1D. Defence case ic by way of submission. Cannot come to a final decision on this as Your honour's recent ruling is closely related to that decision. In addition because of the lengthy evidence and numerous documents it is an appropriate case where time might be given for preparation and 1 apply that case be adjourned until 11th.
Mr. Gunston: Do not propose to call 2A or to call any witness. I would agree that we should have as much time as reasonably possible to prepare final submission.
