relevance.

Hot going to address Your lonour on the weight of that

evidence. It is evidence showing numbered account in Leeds has

after date of letter clearly identified as account of wife of 14.

Drafts addressed to account on.8/9/71 Ex. PF100 ABC relative

application on which those drafts were issued shows name of

purchaser as being a Tang wah 12 Merlin street Ground Floor Hongkong.

This of course is same address given by Lee Wah, evidence before

four Honour that diligence has been exercised to trace Tang ah

without effect and in my submission section 21 all pre-requisites

have been met in relation to admissibility of applications of

Tang ah. Again drafts were purchased for account of 14 wife's

account on application by Mr. Tang wah of same address. Two drafts issued on that day FF101, 101AOn the 1/10/71 drafts were purchased

in favour of that particular numbered account F105 ABC. In

considering whether the particular numbered account is at the

particular time account of wife of accused, Your honour under

section 22 have regard to the totality of the evidence including the other documents which are provisionally before you

Clearly

you are entitled under section 22 to look at the contents and forms

to decide on its admissibility. In considering this particular a/c

Your Honour can have regard to 8/9/71 first day on which drafts

account

were bought for Barclays Bank Leeds. and Rational estminister Bank Ltd. 80698573 again by the ubiquitous Mr. Jong an.

same thing happened the following day - Exhs. FP99A. The following day 9/9/71 again Mr. Tang ah buys drafts for Barclays Leeds A/C

and same numbered westminister Bank A/C FF102A. Interesting things

about these drafts is that one is £500 and one for £30 in each case.

A reasonable inference that on 8/9/1971 identical sums are sent to

National Westminister Bank A/C no. and Barclays Bank A/C no.

These 2 accounts are in some way interrelated other than that

Tang wall is applicant for the drafts. Continuing in relation to

the National Westminister account we find on 21/10/71 (PP104mBC)

drafts were boughts by an applicat by person called Au Yeung ïu who gives herlin Street address. again this is day when drafts

had been bought for Barclays Leeds A/C. Ask Your Honour to bear

in mind sum total of drafts bought for Barclays Bank Leeds A/C
