Sceats: It was my understanding it would be admitted that these
crafts dealt with by issuing bank. Understand that objection was taken to question I asked. Calling of witness was to produce the documents. I have told my friends that I would be reserving this particular matter as to fact of payment of drafts and not to whom they were to be paid. Fossibility there may be misunderstanding regarding agreement. In a position / having to ask witness to consult
his records to tell us each and everyone had in fact been paid by bank's correspondents in United kingdom.)

These are copies of records maintained by bank in relation to foreign exchange transactions and charging by correspondent ban. This is statement and this is the ledger. These are certified true copies. I produce the documents (Lxh. F114).
The documents I have identified were located by me end my staff in accordance with a notice served upon me by the ICA under the Prevention of Bribery Urdinance. The copy drafts and application forms in relatio to / nos. stated as payee are the only ones I found between period 1/1/71 to 31/12/72. Apart from 1 copy draft which states bal clays Bank, Old Trafford Branch, A/C C.J... Cunningham, there is no other one to that payee.
(198) This is the only one where payee's name is C.J.M. Cunningham.
