I have held this post for 3 years. During my 15 years with Bank I have worked in the various departments of the Bank. I have had experience with Exchange section of the Bank. I have experience in the Exchange section

of the North Point Branch of the benk. Ferson who wishes to send money to united ingdom first has to fill in an application form. Applicant would go to counter of Bank to buy a draft having first filled in an

application form. He first fills in his name and the amount which he

wishes to purchase. The purchaser also has to sign the lower part of the

form and sometimes he also has to fill in his address and telephone number.

It is not necessary for any person to produce any personal identification when he comes into the Bank to fill in application fora. Person applying to buy drafts and filling application form need not produce any personal

identification. we would ask how much sterling he would like to buy

and then we calculate the rate. Then we would tell you the amount in

Hong Long Currency that is required for purchase of the sterling plus ahe stamp duty. After we have received the money we would type out the Dank draft and give it to you. The bank draft

information contained in the application fora. A set of bank drafts

consist of 4 copies, there is a bank draft and the other 3 are copies for

record. The 3 copies are copies of the bank draft - they are carbon

copies. ..e send two copies to the main office head office of the

Bank for it to be entered into a book and we keep the 3rd copy in our

records in the branch office. The applications for the drafts are kept
