P.W.17 CHENG SUK HING affirmed in Punti, states:

I live at 12 Merlin Street, Ground floor. The last witness was my

father. I cannot remember how long I lived in 12 Merlin street. The

premises have been sublet. The subtenant was Lee Mah. I can't remember

clearly hen he sublet premises. It was about 1970 or 1971. He sublet

part of the premises. we still sublet the other parts. I was there when Lee wah sublet part of the premises. I have seen Lee wah.

Folice detectives came to eat in the premises because I have helped the stall situated on opposite side of our house to deliver coffee to these people. 1 have seen them often. I delivered coffe to say View Folice Station. The store I delivered coffee from was Leung Kem lee. The

address is o. 1 Merlin Street, Ground floor. That is the full.

I did not work in the store. I am just living opposite this store and opera or was an old woman I patronized her very often so I assisted her. I am not very sure what people patronized this store. People would

frequent the store and I would sometimes deliver coffee clcevhere. I

don't know the names of the persons who came to see Lee wah. I don't

know the names of any detectives to whom I delivered coffee to.
