I wish to explain that 1D was transferred to Hong ong Island as Staff Officer Operations in 1974. It was from then that I started to pay him $2000 p.m. A part from paying him I also paid wages to my follower and I kept the balance myself. Before 10 left for England I had paid him £300. This money also cane from the
samme source.
