This is a cheque drawn by me dated 31/5/73. It scans to me I drew this mount in order to purchase a cashier's order from the money with bank. (Document shown to witness.)

I have seen this document before. This is a cashier's order I obtained

in bank in exchange for the cheque. (Cheque PP84 and translation PP84A - cashier's order PF85 and translation PPOSA.) I

got the cashier's order to get money to buy pound sterling on Ma Hak

hing's instructions.

Ma Hak Shing did not tell me. (PP83A to J shown to witness.) When I

got drafts from Hang Seng Bank I handed them to Ma Hak Shing in the

Club in Electric Rond. He told me to give documents to him inside a

room. No other person was inside the room when I handed him the documents I worked for a Hak Shing for 6 months. He did not change his posting during that period. Apart from banking money received from my younger brother and Ah Choy, I had no other duties to perform. After Ma had taken a long leave he told me he was quitting his job and

So I also left this employment. I did not take up any new employment. I remained unemployed until recently when I started working in sauna bath house. I worked for a very short period for the New Bayside

Club I can't remember the date. I worked for that night club as
