Information was given to me by Ma Hak Shing and I gave it to the bank staff. At time when I went to purchase the bank drafts he gave me a sheet of paper written in English and instructed me to buy the bank drafts. I withdrew money from the savings account book. I gave the slip of paper to the bank clerk on Ma Hak Shing's instructions.
