The witness aduitted that he was presently interdicted and that he was charged departmentally for having failed to inforu Senior Superintendent McNiven that he had delivered 10,000 to LOUNG Ving-sang at the 1st accused's request shortly before LEUNG's arrest. I said that the arrest of IEUNG and YIK Chung took place shortly after he and the 2nd accused arrived at the places where the arrests Vera offected.
