1. Miss LIU Ping-kee has written to the Prime Minister about the death of her brother, Mr LIU Ping-hon. I enclose copies of all the documents which she sent to the Prime Minister // and of my acknowledgement to her letter.

2. I note that the investigations into this affair have been re-opened, but would be grate- ful for detailed information about the case on which to base a substantive reply.
