Your Majesty:

As I am a retired Education Officer of Hongkong Government, Your Majesty are my employer.

In the name of human rights and in the interest of justice, I believe I have a right to ask Your Majesty to order

the Attorney General of Hongkong Government to declare the il- legal judgment of Magistrate Lo Hing-shing null and void with a trial,

lawful

This

This is not a case of

of ordinary human error. is a case where Magistrate

maliciously conspired with a China Bus Company inspector

to extort money from an innocent Education Officer. The Bus Company Inspector Tam Hung has been punished by the Bus Company authorities by demotion from the position of the chief inspector to a position of Ta Hang Road division inspector. But Magistrate Lo Hing- shing() has remained unpunished.“

(1) How could a magistrate ask the innocent defendant to plead

"not guity' to the Peace of Justice Court so that this

case could come to his magistrate court to be tried by him? (2) How could a magistrate open his two hands and say to an in-

nocent defendant at magistrate home: "Look! You did not give anything to me! (3) How could a magistrate openly in an open court order an in-

nocent defendant to go out with a prosecution witness Tam- Hung to bargain a "bribe" of what Cantones parlance called Kongso.

(4) How could a magistrate shout out an illegal judgment "Defen- dant is guilty!" 3 times to scare an innocent defendant from exposing a scandal in which the magistrate is the chief CUL- PRIT?

Magistrate Lo Hing-shing abused the power of magistr ate court to smear the reputation of an Education Officer:it is equivalent to smear the reputation of Hongkong Government because the Education Department is a part of the Hongkong Government.

Thank you very much,

The Victim

A retired Education Officer F.M.TUNG. A. E. O.
