Explanatory Note
Regulation 2 of these regulations amends
regulation 4 of the Hong Kong Airport Regulations to
increase the penalties which may be imposed for
contravention of the orders of the Director of Civil
Aviation or an authorized person prohibiting the
entry into the airport of any person, animal or
article, or requiring a person to leave the airport;
and for selling or distributing anything or offering
anything (including services) for sale or hire within
the airport without the permission of the Director or an authorized person.
