(Chapter 292)

HONG KONG AIRPORT (AMENDIIENT) REGULATIONS 1977

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4

of the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations) Ordinance, the

Governor in Council has made the following regulations

Citation.

These regulations may be cited as the Hong

Kong Airport (Amendment) Regulations 1977.

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is

Amendment of regulation 4. (Cap. 292 sub. leg.)

amended

(a)

in paragraph (1)(b) by deleting "3" and

substituting the following

"3(a)(ii) or (iii)";

(b) by inserting after paragraph (1) the

following new paragraph

(1A) Any person who, within the

airport, contravenes any order given

by the Director or any authorized

person under regulation 3(a)(i) or

(iv) shall be guilty of an offence

and shall be liable

(a) in the case of a first

offence, to a fine of

$1,000; and
