An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance.

[3rd June, 1977]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1977.

2. Section 6A(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment of after "dollars" the following-

"in the case of a first offence, and to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months in the case of a second or subsequent offence".

Passed by the Hong Kong Legislative Council this 1st day of June,

section 6A.
