(a) whether the area of 248, 600 square feet as shown

coloured pink on the plan annexed should be granted to the Lai Chi Kok Amusement Company Limited by exchange on the basic terms set out in paragraph 9 above;

(b) whether the grantee should be permitted to pay

premium by a down-payment of $720,000 and an annual rental, calculated at interest of 10% per annum, of $738,753.
