Honourable Members will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether the resumption of 62-76, 76B, 78A, 80-82, 86-96 First Street and 61-81, 87-105 Second Street as shown on the schedule at Annex D is required for a public purpose, namely the Hong Kong Housing Society's Urban Improvement Scheme.
