THE LANDS TRIBUNAL (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1977

(No. 21 of 1977)

Section 3 adds to the principal Ordinance three new sections. The new section 7A provides for the attachment to the Lands Tribunal of a registrar and other officers of the Tribunal who will perform such functions and exercise such powers as are necessary in relation to proceedings before the Tribunal. The new sections 7B and 7C give the officers of the Tribunal the benefit of the same protection as attaches to officers of the Supreme Court. The other provisions in this Ordinance are consequential.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I advised that he could properly do so.
