APPLICATION FOR A HONG KONG VISA FROM MR PEDERFARVY PAY
Mr Peterfarvy Pal, a Hungarian citizen, has written to the Secretary of State from Budapest to ask for help in securing a visa to visit Hong Kong for about a week later this year (copies of his letter by next bags).
2. Mr Pal claims he wishes to go to Hong Kong as a tourist, that he is "fascinated by the East" and is "ready to declare" that he does not "want to ask for political or any other form of asylum in Hong Kong" and he will "not engage in any subversive activities against Britain, Hong Kong or China". He says that he has visited the UK as a tourist, that he has enough funds to visit Hong Kong and that he is "in possession of every necessary exit permits (sic) of the Hungarian authorities He also claims that he has already applied for a visa and that his application has been refused.
