HONG KONG VISAS FOR EAST EUROPEANS
1. Thank you for sending me a copy of your letter of 14 November, IMM/CR 300 (65) to Barbara Luke.
2.
I remember that Colonel kusu did apply for a visa for Hong Kong in 1975. I am not quite sure whether this was granted or not but I do remember quite clearly that he was not able to go to Hong Kong because his leave plans were changed at short notice on instructions from his own Ministry of Defence. I have no memory at all of an application by Mr Karagiozov.
