(b) a copy of my letter to the Director of Immigration in Hong Kong asking for background and material on which to base an answer;

(c) an interim reply to the petitioner, Miss Dam-Le-Quan,

which, unless you see objection, I would be grateful if you could post on to her.

If you have any information on Miss Dam-Le-Quan's case which you think may not be available to Hong Kong, I would be grateful if I could have it before the end of the month.
