Colonel Montgomery then raised another question concerning the trafficking in persons, involving abduction and prostitution, in Hong Kong. He pointed out that his society had put this problem to a Working Group on Slavery of the UN Sub-Commission on Pre- vention of Discrimination, and Protection of, Minorities, and noted that the Society had provided them with much evidence since 1975.
