IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT)(NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1977

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of

the Immigration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has

made the following regulations

Citation.

Amendment of Second Schedule. (Cap. 115, sub. leg.)

1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations 1977.

2. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations

is amended

(a)

in item 9 by deleting "29.00" and substituting the following

(b)

"32.00; and

in item 10 by deleting "7.00" and substituting the following

COUNCIL CHAMBER,

1977.

"12.00".
