Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) (No. 2) Short title and Ordinance 1977 and shall come into operation on the 1st January 1978.

2. Section 25 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

Repeal of section 25.

3. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of Head 15.
