THE IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1977
(No. 47 of 1977)
This Ordinance introduces into the principal Ordinance a new section 63A which provides for the proof of the immigration status of persons to be established prima facie by a certificate of the Director of Immigration in proceedings for aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of or conspiracy to aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission of an offence by those persons under section 38(1) of the principal Ordinance.
2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I advised that he could properly do so.
