made no contribution to her support. Mr. McPhail told the Tribunal

that the Respondent recently received a thousand dollars from an

unknown source in Malaysia which sum of money is now in the hands

of the Prisons authorities. The Respondent has confirmed this and

told the Tribunal that he wants to return to Malaysia at the earliest

possible moment and the thousand dollars was remitted for his air-

fare.

We are unanimously of the opinion that his continued presence

in Hong Kong is undesirable and we recommend that he be deported.
