I am directed by Mr. Edwin P. Mirabueno, Chairman of the Joint Conference of Goordinating ommittee for Teachers and Employees of Educational Institutions and Coordinating Committee for Unions in Public Services held on 28-30th July, 1977 in Bangkok, Thailand, to forward to the Hong Kong Government the Original copy of the resolution on the Hong Kong Government School Non-Graduate Teachers Case, which is attested by Mr. Jos Vande cruys,Secretary General of the Inter- national Federation of Employees in Public Service ( INFEDOP) and Mr. Coen Damen, Secretary General of the World Confederation of Teachers (W.C.T. )
