1. We spoke. I mentioned that

Mr Charles Morrison MP might raise a

supplementary on the Hong Kong Polytechnic if Mr Hal Miller's Question is reached tomorrow. In order to be prepared for such a possibility, FLAG A I attach the relevant extract from Hansard

for 28 March containing the replies that

Mr Luard has given to Mr Morrison's Written PQ on the Polytechnic. If Mr Morrison were to raise a point connected with the Hong Kong Polytechnic which could not reasonably be answered by referring him to the replies he has already been given, I can only suggest that the Minister concerned should advise Mr Morrison to put down a further Question.
