Objection H -

Johnson, Stokes & Master on behalf of Hongkong Realty & Trust Co. Ltd., owners of 28 Barker Road, 63 Mount Kellett Road, 3 & 5 Gough Hill Path, 77 Peak Road, 15 & 17 Plantation Road

This contained similar arguments to Objection C and was

The objection was not withdrawn.

Objection I - the Dairy Farm Group of Companies concerning their

lot R.B.L. 312 at 100 Peak Road

The Group:

(a) objection to 0.5 plot ratio, and

(b) requested C/R zoning (instead of R) for their

supermarket site at 100 Peak Road..

The Board agreed to meet the latter part of the objection and as a result of this, and the amendment to the Note on plot ratio,

the objection was withdrawn.

Objection J - Hongkong Land Co. Ltd., representing the owners

of 15/17 Coombe Road

The objectors objected to the 0.5 plot ratio and contended that their clients' existing building exceeded 0.5 plot

ratio, and had been erected in conformity with the Crown lease

conditions. It was therefore unjust to reduce the value of the property by limiting its redevelopment potential; redevelopment of the site was under-consideration. The objection was withdrawn in view of the amendment to the plot ratio Note.

Objection K

Ng & Yung on behalf of owners of Guildford Garden,

1-3 Mansfield Road

The objectors objected to the 0.5 plot ratio on the grounds that redevelopment of the lot was adversely affected.
