Goods vehicles would be blocked from one side of the present Hill Road to enter into the said premises. Thus, it would
it would cause a lot of difficulties in the loading and unloading of goods.

In the circumstances, the construction of an elevated road from Pokfulam Road along Hill Road to Connaught Road West do cause the disturbance of individual proprietory interests and it would not be for the pro- motion of convenience of the community.
