Repairing Works Ltd., In the 1tan case, it may be necessary to seek ExCob advice on revised basic terms. Substantial agreement has been reached with Island Navigation Corporation Ltd. and Chung Wah Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. Ltd. on provisional basis terms.

(b) It has been agreed that four-fifths of

the statutory annual mooring fee will be remitted for floating drydocks moored within a grant area leased under the Foreshores and Seabed Ordinance.
