landing in the first country of refuge; such an undertaking

to be subject to UNHCR agreement that they would meet the costs

incurred in bringing the refugees to the United Kingdom, their

maintenance in this country pending final resettlement, and

their onward journeys.

We should accept any of the above refugees who either

specifically ask to stay here, or for whom UNHCR, after

reasonable efforts, have been unable to find other countries

willing to take them.
