In consideration of the Ministry of Overseas Development advancing to

me £800 (Eight hundred pounds) as an advance of honorarium on the occasion

of my appointment under UK technical assistance arrangements, I hereby authorise

the deduction of £800 (Eight hundred pounds) to be made from the emoluments

due to me on the completion of my assignment.

In the event of my death I agree that any outstanding balance may be

recovered from my estate.
