1. I enclose a further claim by Dr Fosh in respect of expenses incurred in the UK and Hong Kong. I approved those marked A to E. The item marked F should be reduced to one night's subsistence. The expenses of item G have already

been paid to Professor Turner (my minute of 20 January 1977 refers). On item H, although this extra stay was not pre-authorised, if there is money available I shall be grateful if you will arrange payment.

2. It would seem from our conversation that Professor Turner may have drawn money for disbursement to his colleagues. If so, you will presumably wish to obtain details of this from Professor Turner. He can be contacted through the British Consulate-General, Sydney, Australia.
