1. Further to my minute of 2 March 1977,LI enclose

dopy of a letter from Dr Fosh together with a "last" bill deriving from the long kong study for an amount of £42.60 in respect of printing and postage of Survey Tables. I accept that it is normal practice for firms who co-operated to be given results of the Survey and accordingly approved this bill for payment.

2. Dr Fosh produces further arguments in support of her claim that she should be paid subsistence for the 11 extra days in which stayed in long Long. Although this extra stay was not authorised, I think we do have an obligation to pay Dr Fosh subsistence for the days she spent there. As she points out in her letter, she has put in a great deal of extra time analysing data at Bath University. think in fairness we should therefore pay her subsistence.
