REVIEW OF THL, APPLICATION OF ILO CONVENTIONS
Please refer to the Governor of Hong Kong's letter of 4 May addressed to the Minister of State,. (Folio 26).

2. No further action is required at ministerial level for the time-being. The Governor has obviously taken on board the Minister of State's remarks contained in his letter of 7 April and will undoubtedly seek to ensure that if possible pro ress on the application of ILO Conventions in 1977 will be as forecast.
3. The department will keep the matter under review and will advise the Minister if further action is necessary.
