When do the Government plan to make the necessary amendments to the Factories and industrial Undertakings rdinance?

Is there any prospect of their being able to amend the legislation concerning the periods of work for young persons so as to remove the need for modifications in respect of Article 2?

Can the Government yet confirm that the amendment of the Employment Ordinance will be made before the end of March?

With the regard to the modifications proposed in respect of Articles 2, 4, 5 and 10 would the Government explain why prior consultation with employers' and Workers' organisations is not possible?
