Mrs Owen says in her letter that she was prompted to write by the Granada TV "World in Action" programme on child labour in Hong Kong broadcast on 13 December last (my submission of 21 December refers). It was agreed that Mr Luard's replies to Mr Robert Parry's Questions on child labour on 8 December last, which anticipated the showing of the Granada TV programme, should
