Here are copies of the

teachers' notes for our Theatre in Education

programme Empire Made, and a leaflet introducing it.

As I said on the telephone and in my previous letter, the programme is outspoken in its criticism of the Hong Kong Goverment and administration. I have no wish to soften these criticisms if they are true.

However, I am concerned to provide an opportunity for reply and the correction of any factual errors which may inadvertently have occurred in the preparation of the programme.
