WITH THE CAREFULLY GRADUATED APPROACH TO THE INTRODUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL W/B SERVICES TO OSA THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT CPA AND BA WOULD BE PERMITTED TO OPERATE W/B AIRCRAFT AT THE SAME TIME.
2. WHETHER THE JAL FREIGHTER SERVICE OPERATES WITH OR WITHOUT TRAFFIC RIGHTS HKG-OSA IS HARDLY RELEVANT. INDEED SINCE CPA
