TEMPORARY OPERATING PERMIT

In pursuance of Article 77 of the Air Navigation Order, 1976 as amended, Secretary of State hereby grants permission to
Malaysian Airline System
to take on board and discharge passengers and cargo at
London (Heathrow)
being passengers and cargo carried or to be carried for hire or reward on schedule international air services, as defined in 1CAO document 7278 - C841 (1952), on the following route:-
Points in Malaysia-Kuwait-Frankfurt-London
2.
This permit is granted subject to the following conditions:-
(a)
not more than 2 flight(s) a week in each direction may be operated on the above route with an aircraft of a capacity not greater than a DC10
3. This permit shall come into force on 30 October 1977 and unless previously revoked or suspended shall remain in force until 31 March 1978
