City Kaifong Welfare Promotion Committee.

3) to render necessary assistance wherever

possible to the departments concerned

of doubt and to clarify misconceptions,

5) to provide feedback to departments

concerned on the progress of the

exercise and the acceptability of

Government's terms,

6) to see to it that compensation and

rehousing arrangements for affected residents are doclt with expeditiously so

as to avoid any undue hardship.

(a) Announcement of Government intention to take

action against Building E and reasons for taking action and alternative arrangements for

those affected.

(b) Serving of Notice of Intention to close

the building.
