We spoke on the telephone this morning about Peter Boon's letter of 21 December, and I told you that Barry Lello had commented about the second airport and expressed the view that from his knowledge of Hong Kong he doubted very much whether any such plan, which had been talked of for a long period, would ever come to fruition.

So far as the draft note is concerned, I told you that we were content with it.
