However, I do not feel particularly strongly about either point. I am happy enough with the new draft note attached to Mr David's minute under reference except that in line 10 I think the phrase should be amended to read "current and future provision for ir services" rather than "of air services" since the Hong Kong Government clearly does not provide air services. I am, however, reluctant to lose mention of the air traffic control problems which could result from the building of an international airport at Macau. I therefore suggest that (again in line 10) the full stop after "air services" should be replaced by a comma and the following words added "not least in the possibility of problems in the co-ordination of air traffic control.".
