1. As you know, Mr Hibbert agreed Mr Winchester's submission of 17 May, paragraph 4 of which suggested that you should contact Sr Barata, the Counsellor at the Portuguese Embassy, and follow up the conversation that Mr Hibbert had with his Ambassador on 26 April about the Macao Airport project.
