My apologies. The word "not" was left out betwem the words "in" a berth and" and "the number of visits" in line 4. paragraph 4, page 2 of my letter HEX 175/2 of 4 February. The correct version of the sentence isi "The criteria for the restriction, however, is the actual time spent in a berth and not the mumber of visits made (each of which could of course be of varied duration)".
