1. In case you do not see Part 1 (Soviet Union) of the SWB you might like to see the attached extract from the issue of 30 May. As you will see, "Radio Peace and Progress" alleges that London Transport is foisting sub- standard and dangerous equipment on Hong Kong.

2. Comment on Hong Kong in the Soviet press and radio is not unusual, but comment on London Transport is rare!
