Thank you for your minute of 9 May which raised, in particular, the matter of the circulation of papers concerning this project. I propose creating a "CIP circulation list" which will receive copies of all papers concerning this project - including notes of all meetings. In this way everybody involved should be fully aware of all developments which in any way relate to this project. At their discretion recipients can decide whether to retain or jettison individual items that come their way.
