We were most grateful to you for your full response to my letter of 20 December 1976 which enclosed a query from their Economic Adviser on future relative prices of oil and coal.

This has elicited a further letter from Hong Kong which I now enclose. Do you have any view on the published sources and is there anything from the Berrill Group conclusions we can pass on?

As in my earlier letter we are rather anxious to assist Hong Kong on this issue - particularly in view of potential generating plant orders.
